Samwel Ngeno.  Word was on a serious allegations that certain goons were heavily bribed by Cheboi to heckle a section of leaders. When they were discovered and identified through a tip from the mourners, the security personnel who were present which included those for Hon. Mutai, quickly got hold of their ring leaders taking them one after another into a toilet space behind a school building.
