Ruto appoints retired KDF boss Robert Kibochi and former MPs Gumbo, Mishra to State jobs By Benjamin Muriuki, President William Ruto has appointed former Chief of Defence Forces General (Rtd) Robert Kibochi as the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Mwai Kibaki Referral Hospital. In addition, former Rarieda MP Nicholas Gumbo has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Kenya Sugar Board, while former Kesses MP Swarup Mishra will serve as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Kenya Biovax Institute Limited.
